Proctoring Fees
Proctored exams are required in many of the courses. There is a fee for each proctored exam that is not included in your package price. All foundation courses will have two exams, and program courses will have up to three exams.

MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship Online Admission Requirements
To meet the admission requirements for this online MBA program, applicants must:
- Complete the online application
- Submit the non-refundable $25 for domestic applicants and $30 for international applicants
- Have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Official transcripts from every college or university attended are required
- Students may send unofficial transcripts for initial review through the application portal, but official transcripts are required before admission. Official transcripts should be sent directly by the university or college to the Graduate School via mail, secure electronic transfer, or in a sealed envelope.
Applicants who hold a baccalaureate or graduate degree, with primary instruction in English, from an accredited institution in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand are not required to demonstrate English proficiency. All other applicants must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting satisfactory Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Testing Services (IELTS), or Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) official scores. Unconditional Admittance
- Applicants with a 3.0 (or higher) overall GPA or 3.0 (or higher) GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework must provide:

- The GMAT is waived for applicants with a 3.0 GPA
- Applicants with a 2.75–2.99 overall GPA with 3+ years of relevant* work experience must provide:
- Official transcripts
- A resume
- The GMAT is waived for applicants with a 2.75 – 2.99 overall GPA and 3+ years of relevant* work experience
- Applicants with a 2.75–2.99 overall GPA with less than 3 years of relevant* work experience must provide:

Conditional Admittance
Conditional admission may be granted to students with lower than a 2.75 overall undergraduate GPA. Students admitted conditionally must maintain a 3.0 GPA during their first twelve credit hours with no more than one grade of C in order to petition for unconditional admission. A student who is not fully admitted to the program will not be allowed to continue in the program beyond twelve credit hours. GMAT scores may be required to determine Conditional Admittance into the MBA program. A full review of your file will be completed by the MBA Director.
- Applicants with a 2.5–2.74 overall GPA with 5+ years of relevant* work experience must provide:
- Official transcripts
- A resume
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Applicants with a 2.5–2.74 overall GPA with less than 5 years of relevant* work experience must provide:

- 3 letters of recommendation
- GMAT score of 450 or higher
- A personal statement of 750 words is encouraged, but not required
*Relevant work experience is defined as including but not limited to career progression and/or, managerial experience, and/or supervisory experience, and/or management of the budget and other organizational resources.
Transfer Students
Transfer students must have each collegiate institution attended mail an official transcript directly from the institution to the UL Lafayette Graduate School. Hand-carried copies/transcripts are not considered official.

International Students
An official TOEFL/IELTS exam score is also required for all international applicants. Courses are delivered via online distance learning; this delivery method may not be the right choice for you. According to U.S. immigration regulations, F-1 students cannot pursue online degrees; however, international students in other visa categories (e.g., H-4, L2) are exempt from this restriction.
International applicants who currently reside outside the United States and plan to remain in their home country should select the visa type 'No VISA Required – Online' when completing the application. This designation indicates that you will not be entering the United States and no financial guarantee documents will be required.

Registration Requirements
As an online student, you can submit a Request for Exemption from Immunization form. If you will attend courses on campus, you will need to submit an Immunization Compliance form with proof of required vaccinations.
All students must complete a Tuberculosis Screening Questionnaire. Students answering "YES" to any of the 3 questions must also submit proof of a Tuberculosis (TB) Skin test/PPD with clinical assessment by a healthcare provider.
To complete and submit these forms,
- Log in to ULink;
- Navigate to Campus Services;
- Under Health & Wellness, find the Medicat Patient Portal link;
- Under forms, you can complete and submit the TB Screen Questionnaire and access other required forms;
- Once you’ve completed the Compliance or Exemption form, select Upload in the top navigation of the Medicat Patient Portal to submit your form.
Once forms are submitted, student health services staff must review and accept them for your hold to be lifted. This may take up to 48 hours.
Courses
The MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship program online consists of 33 credit hours and 11 courses. Seven of the courses are core courses, and four courses are concentration specific. Concentration courses include “Organizational Behavior and Leadership,” “Marketing Management,” “Entrepreneurial Management” and “Law for Entrepreneurs.” Additional business foundations courses may be required for some students. Prior to every term, please check the course schedule for any updates.
