What do you think is the biggest challenge people in the profession face today?

In the profession of nursing, I feel the biggest challenges include keeping up to date with the ever-increasing body of knowledge and the use of technology. Also, with the increasing complexity of patients, staffing needs are a big challenge. In teaching, again, the increasing knowledge and experience needed is a challenge to keep up with.

How do you see online learning affecting the future of education?

I feel online education is the way of the future. The convenience and flexibility of it meets the needs of working and remote students. It also focuses on student-centered learning and teaches the student how to learn, rather than the traditional format where the instructor feeds the student knowledge.
