Why did you start teaching?
Teaching is a career path that I enjoy. I had some excellent teachers that I am still in contact with today. They inspired me to do what I love. Being an online learner myself, I wanted to create an interactive and innovative online learning environment for my students.
What advice would you give to those considering the online RN to BSN program?
I would recommend setting a goal for yourself on what you would want to achieve in an RN to BSN program. Make your goals realistic. Many students continue to work and have families. Stay organized, utilize your peers within the classroom and make it part of your everyday routine. Know what is expected of you early on. This will help lead you to success.

Tell us something interesting about yourself that your students may not know.
